Professional Development Events

Event Conditions

Registration of participants will be confirmed once the payment is made for an event. The minimum attendees required to organise the event. Cogninet reserves the rights to cancel or reschedule the event whenever required. In the case of rescheduled events, refunds will be made available to participants if they do not wish to participate in the rescheduled event.

Event Refund Policy

Participants who have registered and paid for the event are entitled to the full refund after deducting 15% of an administration fee if the cancellation request is submitted before 3 working days of the event. Cancellation requests can be submitted by email to pd@cogninet.com.au. All request must be submitted before the close of business on working days. No refunds apply for cancellation requests out of this term.

In case you miss the event, please submit a letter explaining your circumstances and Cogninet reserves the right to provide another service for the same cost. Substitute attendee can be nominated by submitting a written request before two working days of the event.


Payments can be done in different ways, either by electronic fund transfer or by using PayPal. Workshops and webinars can be paid online, however, an invoice can be generated to facilitate your payment. Workshops enrolment payments will be accepted until the last date of registration. Registration will not be confirmed until the payment has been made.
