Emeritus Professor Joan Cooper has extensive experience in Higher Education Consulting. She has been involved delivering a variety of Higher Education Consultancy after she retired from the position of Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Registrar at UNSW.
She currently provides Higher Education Consulting that includes chairing governance committees, reviews of operational areas, reviews and preparation for TEQSA registration and accreditation, reviews of Academic Boards, Teaching and Learning Units, Information Technology Services, Student Services, the student life cycle and faculty specific reviews. Professor Cooper also manages quality audits.
In January 2015, she was appointed to the Chair of the Academic Board of TAFE NSW Higher Education. Professor Cooper is also registered as an expert with TEQSA.
Professor Elizabeth Deane has an extensive experience in the Higher Education (HE) sector. She has developed significant roles in recognised universities. She work as Professor and Chair of WSU HREC and previously worked as Director of Learning and Teaching and Dean of UWSOnline within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) portfolio and as Pro-vice Chancellor at Australian National University. She is member and chair of academics boards, teaching and learning committee and course advisory of a number of HE private providers.

Professor Keith Kennett | Advisor, Quality and Assurance (VET)
Professor Keith Kennett was Dean of Education at the University of Western Sydney and oversees quality assurance in Cogninet. He negotiates the quality procedure and operations within Cogninet. Professor Keith also determines training needs, supports organising and presenting Workshops.
Professor Keith Kennett is a registered eminent international psychologist, who was formerly an Associate Professor of Psychology in Canada, and visiting Professor in the USA in Alabama, Ohio and Oregon. Professor Keith Kennett is an internationally recognised leader, administrator, psychologist, and educator.
He holds a Diploma of Teaching (Adelaide Teachers College), BA (majors in English & History, Mathematics), Associate of the University of Adelaide (Public Finance, Economics & major in Political Science) and Master of Education from the University of Adelaide and Master of Arts (Psychology) and Doctor of Philosophy (Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan and a Diploma of the College of Pain Management.
Leo is in advisory role to Cogninet on Legal Affairs. Leo has experience as Lawyer and Migration Agent. He is Founder CEO of Legal and Company Solicitors.
He is a registered migration agent and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
He holds a law degree from University of Sydney.
Andrew is an Exemplar Global Certified Quality and Environment Lead Auditor. He has worked in VET sector in Australia since 2002 working with VETAB until 2011 and during this period has conducted hundreds of audits. He is the lead consultant with expertise in the development, implementation and auditing of RTO management system for the compliance with NVR standards and all CRICOS requirements for vocational education and training.
He is a lead presenter of internationally recognised Management Systems Auditor training courses and regularly facilitates a variety of professional development workshops through his company ANDSAM Training.
He holds degree in B.A. (Hons) Geography, MAITD and Lead Auditor Exemplar Global.
Robert is a highly experienced business consultant, facilitator and auditor specialising in risk and compliance management as well as assisting Boards and Senior Executives in understanding their leadership and governance responsibilities.
He regularly facilitates a variety of professional development workshops and has carried out compliance audits of institute, distance and enterprise RTOs as well as Group Training Organisations.
Robert also delivers a variety of accredited auditor training courses.
Dr. Tushar Das has been a law academic for over two decades and a legal practitioner in Australia since 2004. Tushar is a tenured academic at the Australian National University and previously held academic positions at the Western Sydney University and Federation University Australia. He is the winner of multiple teaching excellence awards and research grants.
Tushar has also experience in academic governance at Australian universities as a member of the Academic Board, University Appeals Committee and Learning and Teaching Committee, to name a few.
Tushar has intensive exposure to Australian and international higher education standards and compliance.
He is institutionally trained in academic leadership and is a fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
Susana joins the team with over 16 years experience as a VET Trainer, business owner and corporate business management. She has delivered Training Packages for Cogninet, TAFE NSW and fulfils various roles for our clients as needed.
Her expertise includes Sales Operations Management in retail, ownership of a retail and wholesale business, as well as Residential Property Sales. This fusion of skills and knowledge provides a creative and unique perspective to clients’ needs.
Susana is passionate about delivering high-quality education whether teaching to a diverse audience, or assisting RTOs with their obligations as a VET Consultant.
She holds the qualification in VET Training, Retail Management, Business Management and Property (current License).
Cogninet Australia Pty Ltd was established by Prabal with the mission of support and services for training and education industry. He has been working in the vocational education industry for almost a decade and has helped many training organisation to meet their training needs and business objectives. His expertise has been on consulting on training and education industry in areas of higher education, compliance, professional developments, resource development and ICT solutions. He has also audited many RTOs for ASQA compliance and many new and current RTO has been his happy clients.
Mr Prabal values his clients and builds the network and trust for long relationship. The quality consulting and efficient service have been the key strength of Cogninet and he always works hard to maintain greater customer satisfaction.
Bal K Prajapati, Information System Analyst is the mind behind RTO’s technical solutions. Over five years of experience in different United Nations Field Missions on deploying, maintaining and improving information systems, Bal has sufficient level of expertise to provide ICT consultation. He coordinates with clients to identify, analyse and implement information system according to business process requirements. He is a technical focal point for the organisation. He is also qualified trainer and assessor working closely with RTO’s compliance requirements.
He has completed Master of Information Systems with Distinction from the University of Southern Queensland.
Harleen joined Cogninet Australia with the current role of Secretary to CEO and Office Administrator in 2015.
She has excellent communication across diverse cultures and successful experience in developing and coordinating teams. She is passionate about achieving objectives and provides comprehensive support services to the CEO that ensures a professional, responsive and effective experience within the organisation as a whole.
Harleen holds Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Queensland and Bachelor of Arts in Office Management and Secretarial Practice.
Ninu Abraham | Manager, Quality and Assurance
Ninu is responsible for the implementation of quality standards related to RTO, across various educational clients of Cogninet. She manages engagement with various stakeholders in the VET industry and relationships with the regulatory authorities.
Ninu has three years of experience in VET Education, during which she served as a Trainer and Assessor and Compliance Officer. Due to her passion for education, she also works as Course Content Developer. Prior to joining the education sector in Australia, Ninu has worked in the financial industry for over four years in Bahrain and India, gaining experience in investment management, client services and operations management. Qualified in the areas of IT and Business Management, she progressed from the role of trainer and assessor to being the Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager.
Her professional education consists of Masters of Business Administration, Bachelors of Technology, Diploma of Business Administration, Advanced Diploma of Software Development, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and specialisation in Java and J2EE.
