Professor Keith Kennett was Dean of Education at the University of Western Sydney and oversees quality assurance in Cogninet. He negotiates the quality procedure and operations within Cogninet. Professor Keith also determines training needs, supports organising and presenting Workshops.
Professor Keith Kennett is a registered eminent international psychologist, who was formerly an Associate Professor of Psychology in Canada, and visiting Professor in the USA in Alabama, Ohio and Oregon. Professor Keith Kennett is an internationally recognised leader, administrator, psychologist, and educator.
He holds a Diploma of Teaching (Adelaide Teachers College), BA (majors in English & History, Mathematics), Associate of the University of Adelaide (Public Finance, Economics & major in Political Science) and Master of Education from the University of Adelaide and Master of Arts (Psychology) and Doctor of Philosophy (Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan and a Diploma of the College of Pain Management.
Andrew is an Exemplar Global Certified Quality and Environment Lead Auditor. He has worked in VET sector in Australia since 2002 working with VETAB until 2011 and during this period has conducted hundreds of audits. He is the lead consultant with expertise in the development, implementation and auditing of RTO management system for the compliance with NVR standards and all CRICOS requirements for vocational education and training.
He is a lead presenter of internationally recognised Management Systems Auditor training courses and regularly facilitates a variety of professional development workshops through his company ANDSAM Training.
He holds degree in B.A. (Hons) Geography, MAITD and Lead Auditor Exemplar Global.
Cogninet Australia Pty Ltd was established by Prabal with the mission of support and services for training and education industry. He has been working in the vocational education industry for almost a decade and has helped many training organisation to meet their training needs and business objectives. His expertise has been on consulting on training and education industry in areas of higher education, compliance, professional developments, resource development and ICT solutions. Don Giles | Corporate Compliance and Training Coordinator
Don has a high level of integrity and consistency coordinating and delivering training. He has extensive knowledge on WHS/OHS Acts and Regulations and experience working as OHS safety compliance manager. Don also coordinates with VET trainer/assessor and oversees resource requirements for training environment in Brisbane site.
Don has actively participated in RTOs audit for ASQA compliance. Don oversees compliance management for different RTOs. Don has the core understanding of RTOs requirement towards VET Student Loans to be a successful applicant.
Don is in charge of policies and procedures for training requirement. Don holds different degrees and certifications related to WHS, Human Resource, Management, Workplace training.
Bal K Prajapati, Information System Analyst is the mind behind RTO’s technical solutions. Over five years of experience in different United Nations Field Missions on deploying, maintaining and improving information systems, Bal has sufficient level of expertise to provide ICT consultation. He is also qualified trainer and assessor working closely with RTO’s compliance requirements.
He has completed Master of Information Systems with Distinction from the University of Southern Queensland.
Harleen joined Cogninet Australia with the current role of Secretary to CEO and HR Manager in 2015.
She has excellent communication across diverse cultures and successful experience in developing and coordinating teams. She is passionate about achieving objectives and provides comprehensive support services to the CEO that ensures a professional, responsive and effective experience within the organisation as a whole.
Harleen holds Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Queensland and Bachelor of Arts in Office Management and Secretarial Practice.
Suman joined Cogninet in 2012 as Trainer and Assessor and currently holds the position of Director of Innovation, Business Development and Compliance.
He is a keen professional with the ability to bring new clients and retain existing clients by presenting new solution and services to maximise the revenue of the organisation. He holds extensive knowledge of Australian education sector to and is able to provide a best possible solution and services that meet or predict clients’ future need. He has completed Masters of Information technology from Charles Sturt University.
Agha has worked as a web developer for more than 15 years both in India and Australia. His expertise is in design and development of websites and web applications. He looks after the website creation, update and support to our clients.
He regularly updates himself with emerging technologies on the web.
He holds Master of Information Technology from Charles Sturt University.
David is a Software engineer who has gained expertise from several roles at software and business companies. He has worked as software developer, software architect, project manager, and technical director. He is passionate to learn and teach as well. David holds a Bachelor of Systems Engineering and is doing a Master of Information Systems from the University of Southern Queensland. He also holds Java and Scrum Master certifications.
Margaret Medcalf | Administration officer
Margaret Medcalf, an administrative officer in Brisbane office has extensive knowledge on office administration. With four decades of experience in office administration at various health institutions, Margaret has excellent communication and clerical skills to shape organisation in better form.
She also had experience in procurement process with invoicing and banking. Margaret is passionate about meaningful change in organisational administrative procedures that has benefited both internal and external stakeholders. Margaret holds a certificate in Medical Terminology and Information Technology.
Ninu Abraham | Manager, Quality and Assurance
Ninu is responsible for the implementation of quality standards related to RTO, across various educational clients of Cogninet. She manages engagement with various stakeholders in the VET industry and relationships with the regulatory authorities.
Ninu has three years of experience in VET Education, during which she served as a Trainer and Assessor and Compliance Officer. Due to her passion for education, she also works as Course Content Developer. Prior to joining the education sector in Australia, Ninu has worked in the financial industry for over four years in Bahrain and India, gaining experience in investment management, client services and operations management. Qualified in the areas of IT and Business Management, she progressed from the role of trainer and assessor to being the Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager.
Her professional education consists of Masters of Business Administration, Bachelors of Technology, Diploma of Business Administration, Advanced Diploma of Software Development, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and specialisation in Java and J2EE.
Raihan Hossain | National Training Coordinator
Raihan is enthusiastic on training and education courses in VET sector. He has a decade of industry experience as Operational Risk Manager and SMEs Credit Approver in the banking sector. Raihan worked on financial analysis, risk framework, anti-money laundering and banking policies. His professional competence is a key asset for Cogninet in coordinating training and education courses.
His area of expertise also includes operational audit, branch banking, corporate relationship management. Raihan holds MBA degree in Accounting and has journalistic experience as well.”
